Dr. Andrea Marchese, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and licensed massage therapist who helps people reduce pain and feel better in their body — especially when things haven’t fully improved with traditional care.

Her work is centered around thoughtful, individualized treatment. Rather than following a rigid protocol, she adapts each session based on the patient’s needs, goals, and response to care. The goal is not just short-term relief, but meaningful, lasting improvement.

Andrea’s approach combines hands-on care, movement, and practical guidance to support recovery and improve function. Each session is one-on-one and tailored to help patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

She began her career as a massage therapist after graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she developed a strong foundation in hands-on care and soft tissue work. She later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management.

Over the years, Andrea has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. These experiences have shaped her ability to work with a wide range of patients and conditions while maintaining a personalized approach.

She continues to expand her skills through ongoing education and advanced training, always with the goal of providing effective, individualized care.

Outside the clinic, Andrea enjoys hiking with her dogs, Nella and Roxy, and mountain biking — staying connected to the same active lifestyle she helps her patients return to.
